Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations Support
    • Provide guidance and counsel to employees and managers on routine employee relations issues, including policy interpretation, performance improvement processes, and terminations.
    • Assist with investigations, employee counseling, and conflict resolution.
  • Policy Development and Compliance
    • Support the development of policies and procedures related to employee relations.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Training and Development
    • Coordinate and facilitate training programs on employee relations topics, including performance management, supervisory skills, and conflict resolution.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and maintain accurate and timely documentation of employee relations issues.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with the Director of Employee Relations and other HR teams to ensure seamless support to employees and managers.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Three years of related work experience in employee relations, HR, or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Working knowledge of applicable state and federal employment and labor laws.
    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
