Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manager (RN) Employee Health to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement employee health programs to prevent and control infectious diseases and work-related injuries/illnesses.
  • Collaborate with the Infection Control Committee and risk manager to establish guidelines for employee health and safety.
  • Provide nursing care based on the nursing process and evaluate its effectiveness on an ongoing basis.
  • Establish a hospital-wide employee health program in collaboration with the Infection Control and Safety Committee.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and vendors to ensure access to necessary resources.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing is required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred or Associates in Nursing Degree AND required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an clinical nursing experience with management experience required.
  • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date).
  • Current American Heart Association BLS Certification is required.
