Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Bartender.
  • Basic proficiency in English communication is required.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Fundamental computer skills.
  • Availability for shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, preparation techniques, glassware, equipment, and service standards.
  • Capability to stand, stoop, bend, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
  • Process orders and serve guests at the bar.
  • Offer upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience and increase overall sales.
  • Conduct inventory of all beverages and operational supplies, ordering replacements as necessary.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
