The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Advocate to join our dynamic sales team and enhance our market presence across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Huel's sales and brand visibility within local retail establishments.
- Conduct store visits to ensure optimal product placement and merchandising standards.
- Engage with Store Managers and Franchise Owners to transform them into passionate advocates for the Huel brand, providing them with the knowledge to recommend our products to customers.
- Foster brand engagement in key stores through organizing events, competitions, and in-store demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local retailers, becoming a trusted resource who understands their motivations and operational needs.
Candidate Profile:
- Charismatic and enthusiastic individuals eager to build a career in sales and marketing.
- Resilient and determined, with the ability to handle setbacks while maintaining motivation to achieve success.
- A genuine passion for the Huel brand, along with an interest in nutrition and fitness.
- Previous experience in retail sales and marketing is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel as needed and stay overnight when required.
- A natural talent for sales.
- Possession of a valid state driver's license and reliable transportation in compliance with state vehicle regulations.
Additional Considerations:
- Travel requirements across your designated territory.
- Ability to lift and move moderate loads, with a lifting capacity of up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
- Capacity to sit, stand, walk, and type for extended periods.
- Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
