About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Accounting Specialist to oversee the financial aspects of our development company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounting, bookkeeping, and construction administration tasks, as well as overseeing HR functions.

  • Bookkeeping and accounting for the construction and property management division
  • Oversee human resources
  • Process construction lien releases and waivers
  • Manage construction administration tasks
  • Coordinate with construction teams
  • Manage QuickBooks and AppFolio accounting software
  • Prepare financial reports
  • Analyze data to assess current and future financial positions
  • Review costs for optimal budget planning
Requirements

  • Prior experience in a development company is desirable
