Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Hospital/Healthcare Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales projections in the assigned territory, which includes Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with hospital accounts within the assigned territory to foster growth and increase sales.
  • Work closely with the sales team and clinical sales specialists to identify targets and utilize resources to increase account penetration and grow the medical business.
  • Utilize DBS tools, such as funnel management, growth rooms, and action planning, to build a territory plan and increase territory sales.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of relevant sales experience, with 2+ years of experience working with JIT/GPO/IDN organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or applied sciences from an accredited university.
  • Demonstrated strong computer competencies, including Microsoft Office and CRM.
  • Track record of success performing against sales goals and quotas.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
What We Offer

Cytiva offers a comprehensive package of benefits, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees. This role is eligible for bonus/incentive pay and a salary range of $95,000-$115,000.
