We are seeking a Staff Accountant II who will uphold our esteemed tradition of excellence.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Compensation Range: $27.31-$43.69

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducts reconciliations of balance sheets and income statements, prepares and posts standard journal entries, and performs account analyses to address inquiries regarding general ledger balances.
  • Contributes to the preparation of internal financial reports and assists with standard information requests during the annual financial statement audit.
  • Maintains and oversees the assigned accounting records.
  • Responsible for ad hoc reporting, including revenue and expense analyses as well as pro-forma analyses as required.
  • Actively participates in the financial statement closing meetings for the hospital.
  • Undertakes additional duties and responsibilities pertinent to the role and department. The responsibilities outlined above provide a general overview of the level and nature of the work associated with this classification and are not exhaustive.
Qualifications:

A qualified candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience in financial recordkeeping and analysis.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
