Position Overview:
The Enterprise Marketing Manager will spearhead the strategy and implementation for Huntington's key business initiatives.

They will formulate and execute marketing strategies aimed at enhancing business through innovative programs that fulfill organizational needs and influence various business sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop new initiatives from inception by comprehending business objectives, market dynamics, consumer behavior, and the company's strategic vision.
Lead interdisciplinary teams from Product, Data & Analytics, Marketing, and Digital to design and implement marketing strategies.
Establish the go-to-market strategy to ensure cohesive customer experiences while achieving business outcomes and enhancing brand visibility.
Formulate customer segmentation, targeting, and outreach strategies to optimize the performance of critical segments.
Engage with stakeholders to raise awareness of the marketing strategy and its contribution to the organization.
Create business cases for novel marketing strategies, including testing and financial returns.
Implement plans through the marketing process across paid and owned channels.
Deliver programs punctually and within budget.

The ideal candidate for this role, which merges strategy with execution, will excel at leveraging data, business objectives, and customer insights to craft effective marketing strategies, while also ensuring programs are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals.

Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of pertinent marketing experience

Preferred Experience:
Developing marketing strategies from the ground up.
Guiding teams towards a unified objective.
Collaborating with data and analytics teams to assess marketing investment returns.
Driving business outcomes.
Engaging with and presenting to senior leadership.
Successfully managing projects in a multifaceted environment.
