Job Overview

Go Maverick Group is a dynamic and expanding agency seeking a Digital Advertising Manager to enhance our team. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing paid search strategies, overseeing campaign management across diverse client portfolios. The ideal candidate will exemplify leadership and ensure that deliverables are polished, precise, data-driven, and aimed at achieving outstanding results. While the primary focus will be on paid search, familiarity with paid social tactics is also essential. We are looking for a dedicated digital marketing professional who can formulate strategies and execute them effectively in a fast-paced, growth-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the creation, activation, and management of paid media campaigns for designated clients, including strategies, budgets, anticipated outcomes, targeting, advertisements, and keywords tailored to client needs.
  • Focus primarily on paid search while also being adept at managing paid social and display advertising.
  • Collaborate with junior team members, providing guidance and reviewing their work to ensure strategic alignment and quality; mentor junior staff on specific accounts.
  • Deliver high-quality, accurate final outputs.
  • Construct campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta; lead the quality assurance process and final evaluations for precision.
  • Conduct weekly reviews of campaigns to identify optimization opportunities and develop actionable plans.
  • Manage weekly campaign performance and optimization, including budget tracking, reviewing search query reports, performance assessments, and implementing identified improvements.
  • Play a significant role in monthly reporting presentations for clients, responsible for generating insights and actionable plans for future paid campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of paid search is essential; familiarity with paid social is preferred.
  • Proficient in all paid search terminology and major platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, etc.).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing paid search campaigns.
  • Experience in an agency setting is highly desirable.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Sheets), with intermediate to advanced skills in Sheets/Excel.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with various subject matter experts and clients.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Highly organized with a strong ability to meet deadlines, including managing the work of junior team members.
  • Self-motivated and accountable.
