We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Showroom Coordinator to join our team at Virginia Tile Company. As a Showroom Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our clients.

• Coordinate the receipt and organization of tile samples, ensuring that they are accurately labeled and shelved in the sample room.
• Maintain the appearance of the showroom, including gathering samples used during consultations and returning them to the product displays or the sample room.
• Participate in regular showroom meetings to review company information, processes, procedures, and assignments specific to safety, general company business, showroom operations, product merchandising, marketing, and sales support.
• Greet customers entering the showroom, direct them to the selection area, and connect them with a design consultant for assistance as needed.
• Foster a positive work environment by participating in team-building events, providing continuous improvement feedback, and collaborating with showroom and other Virginia Tile associates.

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Minimum 1 year of design industry experience
• Strong knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
• Prior experience with engaging with the general public (customer-facing role) is a plus
