Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate daily with the operations team to prioritize tasks that sustain and improve customer relationships.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges through teamwork with the operations team.
  • Serve as a primary contact for key clients, cultivating and maintaining robust customer relationships.
  • Track and manage action items while coordinating with clients to provide updates on project status and completion.
  • Deliver exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with field operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment for on-site repairs, minimizing downtime.
  • Monitor system performance and suggest enhancements to improve operational efficiency and reliability.
  • Proactively identify issues and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery to clients by conducting regular quality assessments and addressing any concerns swiftly.
  • Lead regular operational meetings with clients, providing detailed presentations on project progress, performance metrics, and updates.
  • Manage billable services communication in accordance with client contracts.
  • Assist in the seamless transition to operations staff upon the deployment of new units.
  • Perform additional field-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, or software systems.
  • Proficiency in basic business software applications (Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Dynamics Business Central, and Teams).
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Positive demeanor and strong work ethic.
  • Professionalism in client interactions and with colleagues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability as a vital member of a growing organization.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to safety and environmental standards.
  • Punctuality and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
  • Willingness to travel for fieldwork, including occasional overnight trips.

Preferred:

  • Over 2 years of experience in gas production and/or gas processing/treatment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining complex systems and equipment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
Work Environment

Conditions may vary and include:

  • 50% in a controlled office environment.
  • 50% on-site with temperatures ranging from 15-115°F.
  • Fieldwork across various locations.
  • Driving to and from job sites is required.
  • Compliance with industry and site-specific safety regulations is mandatory.
Physical Requirements
  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must maintain forklift and manlift operator certification.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
