  • Performance Assessment: Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate infrastructure performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Extensive knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including servers, storage, WAN, LAN, SDWAN networking, virtualization, cloud services, and telephony.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale infrastructure initiatives within a global enterprise context.
  • Experience in designing, architecting, and implementing infrastructure solutions.
  • Proficiency in managing infrastructure in a hybrid outsourced model.
  • Experience in overseeing infrastructure for a distributed global organization.
  • Strong grasp of infrastructure security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to identify and address technical debt through funding and remediation initiatives.
