We are seeking a motivated and strategic leader to direct our off-shift operations as a Production Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to manage multiple areas of the plant, oversee the production of quality parts, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the equipment and processes used are safe for associates and the environment, meeting safety goals.
- Follow the Quality Management and Environmental Management System and Safety guidelines daily.
- Identify and correct quality problems, and ensure associates are qualified to operate equipment.
- Lead teams to improve processes, quality, cost, and associate development.
- Advise, direct, and supervise production operators on expectations, resolve employee concerns, and monitor associate performance, vacation, and attendance.
- Monitor and react to product flow to ensure correct manning strategy to meet customer demands.
- Drive continuous improvement in 5S, housekeeping, organization, and preventive maintenance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED from an accredited school; Bachelor's degree preferred from a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing facility in a supervisory position.
