Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for product development activities
  • Provide technical direction and guidance for product development teams
  • Ensure the optimal application of technology and engineering resources to meet product development and customer requirements
  • Create designs and drafts using Solidworks, Esprit programs for Wire EDM machines, and CNC programs from Anilam Offline Software
  • Manage a drawing system and ensure implementation of formal processes to support the product development process
  • Assemble, test, and fine-tune new machinery to ensure proper functionality
  • Apply good ergonomics to make products and machinery easy to use and contribute to safety
  • Be flexible with projects and workflow, and able to work with small pieces and tight tolerances
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the manufacturing atmosphere

$28 - $32 Per Hour
