American Family Care North Austin is seeking a board-certified physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join our team at our North Austin clinic.

Key Qualifications:
  • Board certified mid-level provider with unrestricted Texas medical and DEA license
  • Comfortable seeing ages six months and up
  • Skilled in performing minor office procedures and confident in treating most acute illnesses and injuries in pediatric and adult patients
  • Ability to perform preliminary readings on x-rays and proficient in interpreting EKGs
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree from an Accredited University
  • Licensed as Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) OR Physician Assistant (PA)
  • Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner OR Board-Certified Physician's Assistant
  • Current unrestricted Texas State and DEA License
  • 1+ years' experience in Urgent Care
  • 1+ years' experience working independently as Solo Provider
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certified required and Advance Life Support (ACLS) certified preferred
  • DOT Certification required
