Tact Staff is currently seeking a Travel Nurse RN specializing in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for an exciting travel nursing opportunity.

Position Overview

  • Shift Length: 12 hours
  • Contract Duration: 13 weeks

The Critical Care RN will be accountable for delivering exceptional patient care through a comprehensive nursing process that includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively communicate treatment plans to ensure understanding among staff and patients.
  • Demonstrate sensitivity to patients' physical, spiritual, and emotional needs while evaluating their responses to care.
  • Promote and support organizational initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care quality.
  • Manage departmental and patient activities efficiently to ensure organized and proficient care delivery.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to patients, families, and healthcare team members, fostering a professional and respectful environment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of recent experience in Critical Care within a similar healthcare environment.
  • Previous travel nursing experience is preferred.
  • Required Credentials: NIH, BLS, and ACLS certification (AHA).
  • Education: Minimum 2-Year Degree; 4-Year Degree preferred.
  • Current RN Licensure for the respective state is mandatory.

Language Proficiency

Fluency in English (Speak, Read, Write) is required.
