Job Title: Substance Use Disorder Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Substance Use Disorder Professional to join our team. As a key member of our treatment team, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, provide individual and group counseling sessions, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to patients, focusing on crisis management, coping strategies, and relapse prevention
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient progress monitoring
  • Develop and implement aftercare plans and discharge plans to support patient recovery
  • Conduct quality assurance file reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with federal and state regulations
Requirements:
  • Minimum of an Associate's degree in behavioral science and counseling/case management experience
  • Certified CDP or eligible to take the certification examination in the state of Washington
  • Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen
