We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing policy change requests, and maintaining knowledge of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives.
  • Solicit new business opportunities through various lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other industry professionals.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross-sell and up-sell opportunity.
  • Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, and lead databases.

Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
  • Driven and goal-oriented individual.
  • Ability to handle stressful and difficult situations.
  • Interest in a sales career, sales experience preferred.
  • No insurance experience required, but a willingness to learn.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
  • Property and Casualty insurance license (must have or be able to obtain).
