About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Resident Experience Coordinator to join our team at Bozzuto. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solving Problems and Providing Timely Assistance

You will be the first point of contact for residents and prospects, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.

Event Planning and Execution

You will plan and execute meaningful events and activities that engage residents and foster a sense of community, ensuring a consistently positive experience.

Building Brand Loyalty

You will work to build brand loyalty by ensuring a meticulously cared for community, providing a consistently positive experience for our residents.

Generating Awareness and Interest

You will generate awareness, interest, and excitement via social media, promoting our community and its amenities.

Encouraging Happy Customers

You will encourage happy customers to share their experiences on social networking sites, promoting our community and its services.

Organizational Skills

You will be responsible for organizing front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

Requirements

  • 2+ Years' Experience in Hospitality or Retail

You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospitality or retail environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.

Outstanding Communication Skills

You will possess outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with residents, prospects, and colleagues.

Sharp Professional Appearance

You will maintain a sharp professional appearance, representing our community and its values.

Competent with Software and Apps

You will be competent with various software, apps, and computer programs, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Eye for Detail and Customer Focus

You will have an eye for detail and a customer-focused mentality, ensuring that every interaction with residents and prospects is exceptional.

Ability to Lift Up to 25 Pounds

You will be able to lift up to 25 pounds, with the ability to deliver packages and other items as needed.
