Position Overview

As an Operations Supervisor in our Teller department, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our branch operations. Your leadership will ensure that our team delivers exceptional service while achieving sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Branch Manager in fostering a collaborative environment among tellers to meet and exceed established sales targets and service standards.
  • Oversee the Teller area and provide comprehensive operational support across the branch.
  • Directly supervise tellers, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to operational procedures.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations to enhance team skills and service delivery.
  • Manage lobby operations effectively, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for members.
  • Collaborate closely with the Branch Manager to communicate policies, procedures, and sales objectives consistently.
  • Facilitate weekly branch meetings to plan, lead, and evaluate team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and that all staff complete necessary regulatory training.
  • Handle member inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and sound judgment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience in a sales-driven environment with established service goals is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years in branch operations, lending, and member service is required.
  • Proven leadership experience with a focus on teamwork and collaboration is strongly preferred.
