About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Development Manager to join our team at Addison Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in executing a community hiring and internal mobility strategy with a focus on local and diverse populations.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in internal mobility strategy and a proven track record of developing and implementing programs that build diverse talent pipelines and support internal staff development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Metrics Management: Track and analyze metrics related to community engagement, diversity, and internal hiring and promotions.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions and diversity-focused professional associations to cultivate diverse talent pools.
  • Event Planning & Execution: Plan and execute diversity recruitment events and programs, coordinating with community partners to maximize outreach.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify and engage external diverse talent pools, collaborating with leadership on recruitment initiatives.
  • Marketing & Communication: Utilize social media and online recruiting resources to promote an inclusive work environment.
  • Toolkits & Best Practices: Develop and implement resources and strategies to increase the representation of diverse candidates.
  • Internal Mobility Strategy: Contribute to strategies that support the advancement of front-line employees into high-demand roles.
  • Grant Preparation: Assist in preparing grant submissions for pipeline development programs.
  • Strategy Materials Development: Collaborate on creating recruiting strategy materials, including social media content and educational resources.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in internal mobility strategy
  • Prior experience with DEI initiatives (preferred)
  • Experience in workforce development and training (preferred)
  • Skilled in social media marketing and recruiting strategies (preferred)
