Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with employers to create job opportunities for clients.
- Conduct client assessments to identify employment goals and develop personalized plans.
- Provide vocational training and job placement services to clients.
- Collaborate with case management staff to integrate employment activities with other program services.
- Monitor and report client employment status and salary milestones.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Education, Human Resources, or Business.
- Minimum of two years of experience working in workforce development, human services, education, job training, vocational services, or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with diverse populations and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
This position requires work in the community, including evenings and weekends.
