Key Responsibilities:

* Provide career counseling and community outreach related to in-demand industry sectors and occupations
* Assist participants with job-seeking and hiring processes
* Develop individual employment plans (IEPs) and objective assessment summaries (OAS) for customers

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in education, business, or related field or equivalent experience
* Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from participants, regulatory agencies, or members of community agencies and the business community
* Ability to effectively present ideas and give detailed briefings and training classes to staff, management, public groups, and customers
