The Role:

The product management team at AiDash aims to understand users and leverage AI/ML capabilities to build innovative products.

We empower users to harness the potential of our products and models through easy-to-use, intuitive designs and workflows.

As a Principal Product Manager at AiDash, you will work with the latest machine learning and data science techniques, combining product and design thinking to empower users to unlock critical value.

You will work on our Intelligent Vegetation Management System (IVMS) product, which enables utilities to quickly assess vegetation risks and create & execute plans that enable cost efficiencies with increased reliability of networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive product strategy by aligning company vision and goals with market demands, customers' current and future needs, AI/ML capabilities, and technological advancements.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Product Marketing teams on strategy and execution around distribution and pricing.
  • Own the product definition from ideation through growth to help large enterprises optimize operations and improve resilience.
  • Own the product roadmap and requirements.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams, such as design and engineering, to ensure high-quality product delivery while considering short-term and long-term trade-offs in technical decisions.
  • Define and drive key metrics for adoption and usage. Collaborate with customer success to drive adoption and business value, and establish processes for gathering customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of overall experience in software engineering or business roles, with 6+ years in product management, focusing on building customer-facing B2B or B2C SaaS products.
  • Experience in building enterprise SaaS products is a must-have.
  • Experience in owning the complete lifecycle of a product from concept to scale.
  • Passionate about applying design thinking and a customer-centric approach to building, experimenting with, and iterating on innovative products.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, and decision-making ability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience building products for large enterprises is a plus.
  • Experience working with AI models or Data Science teams is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline; or equivalent experience is required; an MBA is a plus.
