Principal Product Manager, Ad Ranking

At Snap Inc., we're seeking a seasoned Principal Product Manager to lead our Monetization Product team. As a key member of our product organization, you'll be responsible for developing and launching machine learning-powered products and services for our advertisers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional product management teams to drive business growth and innovation.
- Develop and execute product strategies that leverage machine learning technologies.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists to bring high-quality products to market.
- Drive organizational change and improve processes to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience building and shipping products at a technology company.
- 5+ years of experience with large-scale machine learning platforms.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MS in advanced quantitative subject matter.
- Experience with product design, software development, or interaction design.
- Familiarity with BigQuery, Python, R, Minitab, or SPSS.

Compensation:
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $244,000-$366,000 annually.
Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $232,000-$348,000 annually.
Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $208,000-$311,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
