Job Title: Assistant Personal Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Personal Insurance Specialist to join our team at TriStarr Recruiting. Key Responsibilities:
  • Process endorsements on carrier sites to assist Personal Insurance Specialists.
  • Check and process daily downloads in EPIC.
  • Prepare and send applications and forms for e-signature, as directed.
  • Research and resolve billing questions from carrier sites.
  • Enter data into EPIC Rater to begin quotes and remarkets.
  • Verify that automatic policy renewals match expiring terms and conditions.
  • Create memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Handle daily mail, including processing cancellation and reinstatement notices.
  • Assist in researching information for new and renewal accounts.
  • Provide backup phone support as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • High level of initiative and ability to manage day-to-day tasks independently.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and respond to business documents and reports.
  • Experience in insurance or a similar field is a plus but not required.
