Position Overview:
As the Manufacturing Financial Analyst, you will serve as the financial advisor for our production facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring the financial health of the operations.

Your role will involve essential accounting functions, guaranteeing that business transactions are executed swiftly, accurately, and in compliance with regulations, while actively seeking areas for enhancement.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, planning, costing, and reporting processes for the facility.
  • Ensure adherence to the Company's accounting standards and practices.
  • Collaborate with facility leadership to formulate strategies to meet financial objectives.
  • Manage the monthly physical inventory and valuation procedures, along with the perpetual inventory management system.
  • Utilize analytical skills to identify and communicate adverse effects on the profit and loss statement, along with suggestions for improvement.
  • Act as the financial subject matter expert for the site and facilitate communication between the site and Corporate Accounting.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 2-4 years of accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient understanding of cost accounting, accounts payable/receivable, forecasting and budgeting, variance analysis, and balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
