Job Summary

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the American Advanced Management General Ledger, including monthly analysis and reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts, including bank reconciliations. The Financial Analyst will also maintain intercompany accounts and work with the Controller and Chief Financial Officer to prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Additionally, the Financial Analyst will assist with corporate projects and monitor accounts payable and payroll functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Post journal entries and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 2-3 years accounting experience, with some in a healthcare setting, preferred.
  • Experience with financial reporting requirements.
  • Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas.
