Position Overview

Insignia Systems is redefining the retail experience by innovating in-store displays. The role of Account Manager offers a unique opportunity to gain practical insights from accomplished sales professionals, focusing on our product positioning, retailer benefits, and superior project management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients through proactive customer service and rapport building.
  • Facilitate client onboarding within Insignia's operational framework and project timelines.
  • Oversee all project aspects, including creative transitions, prototype evaluations, contracts, and execution planning in stores.
  • Analyze the competitive environment to effectively communicate our unique value proposition.
  • Convert manufacturing strategies into clear, client-friendly discussions.
  • Ensure clients adhere to project schedules while providing timely updates on deliverables.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and/or retail sectors.
  • Proficient in navigating and communicating across diverse functions such as design, production, and logistics.
  • Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to managing multiple components.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities, decision-making skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
