We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Heart and Vascular unit at Baystate Medical Center, a Magnet Hospital for Nursing Excellence. This 34-bed acute care cardiovascular telemetry unit provides a full array of services for post-operative cardiac surgery patients, TAVR, and vascular surgery patients as well as cardiac post procedural patients.

Our Regional Heart Attack Program can unblock your artery up to 25 minutes sooner than the national standard. In fact, Baystate is in the top 10% of hospitals nationwide when it comes to this life-saving treatment, called an angioplasty.

As a Registered Nurse in this unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a high-volume medical center that performs more than 80% of all cardiac surgeries in western Massachusetts. When it comes to heart surgery, we are one of the top three highest-volume medical centers in Massachusetts.

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year RN experience required
