We are seeking a skilled Renal Care Specialist to join our team at Innovative Renal Care.

This is a full-time role that requires high-quality patient care for patients suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). As a member of our team, you will be on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient. This role is all about building strong relationships and bonds with patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care to patients with ESRD
  • Work closely with patients and their families to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in renal care and share knowledge with colleagues

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
  • Registered Nurse License in the state of practice
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required
  • Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements
  • Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience preferred but not required
