Cardiac Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiology team at Baystate Medical Center, a Magnet Hospital for Nursing Excellence. Our Cardiac Unit is a 34-bed acute care cardiovascular telemetry unit that specializes in post-operative cardiac surgery patients, TAVR, and vascular surgery patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients with cardiac conditions
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in education and training programs to stay current on best practices and technologies
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in Massachusetts
- At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification
Salary and Benefits:
- New Grad RN: $41.00/hour
- Experienced RN: $42.66-$65.00/hour
