Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Urology team at Mercy Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our medical center.

About the Role:

  • Assist in creating and managing nursing care plans for adult patients with urologic conditions.
  • Participate in the evaluation of current and future medical needs of patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts.
  • BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in acute care, medical-surgical, or cardiac telemetry settings.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
