**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurse Clinician to join our team at Baystate Health, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare quality and safety. Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in our cardiac rehabilitation unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans.
  • Closely monitor and assess cardiac patients, assisting them in their return to better health.
  • Educate, advise, guide, and support patients as they navigate their recovery process.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions of care.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
  2. Registered Nurse License in MA required.
  3. BLS through American Heart Association, required.
  4. ACLS through the American Heart Association, required.
  5. 3-5 years experience in acute care medical center, required.
  6. 1-2 years CCU / Telemetry / Cath Lab / Cardiac Surgery preferred.
  7. Interest in exercise science / physiology preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
