Job Title: Patient Service Representative II

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Covenant Medical Group as a Patient Service Representative II at Claiborne Primary Care. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient service and administrative support to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative coverage for patient service functions, including collecting and processing encounter form data.
  • Ensure accurate charge entry and maintain established departmental policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, physicians, and other care team members.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and attend meetings as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with one year of experience in a medical office setting or three years of customer-facing experience. Proficiency in ICD-9/10 and CPT-4 coding (charge entry) is essential.
