Job Title: Certified Dietary Manager

Caldera Care is seeking a highly skilled Certified Dietary Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Nutrition Services Department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all aspects of food service, including sanitation, infection control, and meal preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Nutrition Services Department, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve food service quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless meal preparation and service.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to food safety protocols.
  • Develop and manage budgets for food purchasing and inventory.
Requirements:
  • Current unencumbered license to practice as a Certified Dietary Manager in the state of Washington.
  • Ability to taste and smell food to determine quality and palatability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn company applications.
