Account Manager Trainee

The Account Manager Trainee will be expected to lead with exceptional customer service, tailoring conversations to meet the unique needs of our customers and drive results-oriented outcomes.

The primary objective of an Account Manager Trainee is to build brand awareness and drive in-person, one-on-one conversations to increase sales through customer engagement on behalf of our expanding clientele. The Account Manager Trainee will work closely with our clients' customers to create personalized experiences through in-person interactions based on individual needs and customizable packages.

Key responsibilities of the Account Manager Trainee include:

  • Recognizing customer needs, managing existing accounts, increasing sales performance, and documenting results to develop new business opportunities.
  • Understanding customer bases and company products to better recommend service enhancements that will increase sales.
  • Collaborating with other Sales Account Managers to establish, monitor, and record weekly targets and goals.
  • Participating in weekly sales meetings by providing new ideas to improve sales margins based on consumer feedback.
  • Managing assigned territories thoroughly and tracking all customer interactions to maximize sales in that area.
  • Continuing sales and leadership development through weekly meetings, webinars, and joint calls with top Sales Account Managers across the country.

  • A college degree, relevant work experience as a Sales Account Manager, or other sales/marketing experience.
  • The ability to lead and control situations, think critically, and take action as a problem solver.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
  • A competitive nature, striving to outperform others.
  • Leadership roles in previous positions are encouraged.
