Job Title: Customer Service Technician

Agiliti Health, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Technician to join our team. As a Customer Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering and retrieving medical equipment to customers, while ensuring timely and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and retrieve medical equipment to customers
  • Process, clean, inspect, and test equipment
  • Complete paperwork and data entry accurately and in a timely manner
  • Educate and engage customers on equipment features and functionality

Requirements:

  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills
