We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager to lead and control all activities related to inventory management at Collabera. Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Control Team Leadership: Oversee the inventory control team and ensure work aligns with standard operating procedures.
  • Inventory Management Best Practices: Develop, standardize, and document inventory management best practices and workflows.
  • Inventory Movement and Control: Ensure standard inventory movement/control protocols are followed based on operational workflows.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate, improve, and provide recommendations on areas such as proper bin and location sizing, location labeling, adjustment prices, proper inventory segments, cycle count, aged inventory, etc.
  • Training and Coaching: Train and coach supporting inventory teams to ensure adherence to SOPs.
  • Feedback and Job Expectations: Manage feedback and job expectations.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Warehouse Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Experience in Transportation, Warehouse, Distribution, Tech/Electronics, or a Related Environment: Experience in transportation, warehouse, distribution, tech/electronics, or a related environment.
  • Inventory Control Program Architect: Experience architecting an inventory control program from scratch. Including but not limited to cycle counts, WMS, PI, variance reconciliation, etc.
  • Managerial Experience: Experiance in a managerial role.
  • Inventory Control Expertise: Excellent understanding of all aspects of inventory control, including cycle counting, physical inventory execution, receiving, cosmetics inspection, variance reconciliation, etc.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel internationally/domestically on a quarterly basis.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
