Job Title: Studio Director

Reports to: District Manager & Director of Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Studio Director to lead our Pilates studio team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all studio functions, including membership sales, retail sales, instructor performance, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute lead generation strategies to drive membership sales and increase revenue
• Implement sales processes to schedule prospects into intro classes and drive sales growth
• Manage staff schedules and ensure accurate inventory counts
• Train and supervise Sales Associates and instructors
• Proficiently use ClubReady software to manage revenue reports, attendance reports, and other key metrics
• Review instructor evaluations and assist in mentorship and disciplinary action as needed
• Independently make decisions related to high-level customer service and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates studio
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio

Requirements:

• 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience
• Excellent sales skills and ability to train Sales Associates
• Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams, including memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
• Fluent in English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment
• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
• Passion for fitness and solid writing and grammar skills
• Highly organized, proficient in data management, and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public
• Proficiency with computers and Studio software
