Job Summary

At SunLight Services LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our residential areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Environmental Services: Perform daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Linens and Laundry: Change linens, make beds, and manage laundry duties to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Bathroom Maintenance: Ensure bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, ordering more as needed to ensure a well-stocked facilities maintenance team.
  • Communication and Confidentiality: Respect the privacy and confidentiality of residents, interacting with them in a compassionate and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Collaboration: Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department and collaborate with other staff members to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and resident satisfaction.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
