Job Overview

Maid Brigade of Minneapolis/St. Paul is seeking a skilled and reliable Residential Cleaning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes and offices are clean, safe, and healthy environments.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough interior home and office cleaning services, adhering to our high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Operate company vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, responding to their needs and concerns.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
  • Reliable, upbeat, and helpful attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check for bonding purposes.
  • Proof of work eligibility, in accordance with the I-9 form.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related field, or a willingness to learn and develop skills.
