About the Role:
The Front Desk Host is a vital member of our team at Living Room LA, responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our members and guests. As the first point of contact, you will be the welcoming face of our club, ensuring every guest feels immediately at home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Reception: Greet all members and guests warmly, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from arrival to departure.
- Reservations Management: Accurately manage reservations, maintain the reservation system, and optimize table occupancy to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing information on menus, hours of operation, and handling reservation inquiries and general questions.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as handling mail, managing member inquiries, and maintaining organized records.
- Member and Guest Relations: Build and nurture relationships with members and guests, remembering names and preferences to provide personalized service.
- Service Coordination: Work closely with the service team to ensure tables are prepared and guests are seated promptly, monitoring the dining room to manage seating and guest flow effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in using reservation systems and basic computer skills.
