Luxury Sales Career Opportunity

About the Position: We are seeking a skilled High-End Jewelry Consultant to join our partner company's team. As a representative of their luxury brand, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the client's products, including their history, craftsmanship, and design innovations.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to daily store operations, including inventory management, transaction handling, and visual merchandising.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail sales, preferably within the jewelry sector or related industries.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and general computer literacy.
  • Behavioral Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, conflict resolution abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect with a diverse, luxury clientele, with a passion for fashion, art, and design trends.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred, with additional languages highly desirable.

Benefits: This role offers an estimated annual salary range of $95,000 - $145,000, based on location and experience, along with opportunities for career growth and development.
