Job Description:The Executive Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the Founder's daily operations, ensuring seamless scheduling, meeting coordination, and workspace management.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, including materials, tools, and inspiration images.
- Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to manage the Founder's calendar, coordinating appointments, meetings, and events.
- Prepare structured agendas for meetings, attend sessions to capture detailed notes, and distribute follow-up tasks to relevant stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- 50% employer-paid United Healthcare after 90 days.

- 401k after 90 days (25% employee match, 1-year vested).
