About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team at Wellpath. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide high-quality mental health services to our patients, ensuring they receive the care and support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical services, including individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and adherence to professional ethics and standards.
  • Complete clinical service reports, diagnostic evaluations, and relevant clinical documentation in a timely and professional manner.
  • Offer consultation services to institutional screening committees, institutional staff, and provide mental health follow-up and support for persons served.
  • Participate in staff meetings, in-service training programs, and specialized clinical services or program development activities.
  • Maintain accountability for services through accurate and timely recording of activities and participation in the Quality Improvement program.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a behavioral/social science field from an accredited college or university.
  • Coursework and professional experience indicating knowledge of mental health counseling, group and individual psychotherapy, diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders, psychological assessment techniques, crisis intervention, and mental health consultation.
  • LSW, LMSW, LPC, or similar licensure in the state from the appropriate state licensing board; must maintain CPR certification and any other certifications required.
