We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Case Manager to join our team at the Arizona Department of Child Safety. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of Arizona's children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess child safety and risk, and develop and implement case plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.
- Conduct interviews and gather information to inform case decisions.
- Collaborate with families, agencies, and the courts to achieve case goals.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed documentation of case activities and outcomes.
- Provide support and guidance to families to help them achieve stability and self-sufficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Four years of experience as a DCS Case Aide or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Department of Public Safety Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive a state vehicle.
