Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the beverage industry. They will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and increased brand visibility and awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and brand awareness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts in both on and off premise businesses.
  • Work with distributors to ensure customer order fulfillment and delivery timing.
  • Learn and become familiar with CRM and ERP sales platforms.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new account acquisition and product expansion.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to provide sales insights and drive decisions within marketing, product development, and operations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports.
  • Identify and participate in promotional activities to drive sales and enhance brand awareness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the beverage industry.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and market trends.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion to grow a brand.

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25lbs.
