Job Title: Office Administration Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Office Administration Coordinator to provide administrative support within the administration function. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, taking messages, and typing as required
* Handle basic inquiries and interact with peers and management-level staff
* Make travel arrangements on an infrequent basis
* Solve routine problems and refer more complex issues to higher levels
* Create reports requiring some manipulation of information
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up computer equipment and assigning work phone numbers
* Manage assets, including preparing ITADs for disposal and updating the Asset Track Management System
* Provide individual user delivery, including ordering and shipping laptops and cell phones
* Offer general shared office support

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* 2+ years' experience working in a professional office environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office software
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines
* Adherence to CBPS Core Values
