Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Department Coordinator to join our team at CommuniCare Family of Companies. As a key member of our Corporate Office, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Financial Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and executing reports and materials for the Financial Department.
  • Participate in the development of financial objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements.
  • Continually improve the efficiency of the Financial department and organization as a whole and enhance employee experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (PHR, SPHR a plus).
  • Previous administrative experience is a must.
  • Experience working with financial systems and custom report writing is a plus.
  • Three to five years' experience in a Financial Department supporting a Controller or CFO is highly preferred.
  • Proficient skill using Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both internal and external customers.
  • High degree of ethics and personal integrity, as well as confidentiality regarding all employee matters.
